KT tape can be applied at the end of a session to areas of inflammation to help raise the skin and improve recovery.

Can also be applied to injuried areas such as achiles tendinopathy or after a dislocated shoulder has been relocated.(as seen in photo)

The tape gives weak feeling areas a sense of security, stability and safety. The tape aids your kinesthetic feel of certain areas via proprioception.
